Refund Policy

This page describes the refund conditions, application process, and timing for 404 TABLE courses. All refunds are issued in New Taiwan Dollars (TWD / NT$) and returned to the original credit card or debit account used for payment.
1. Student-Initiated Cancellation
8 or more days before class start
Full refund of NT$500.
2–7 days before class start
NT$250 refund (50%). Any class links / materials issued are revoked upon refund approval.
Within 24 hours of class start, after class begins, or no-show
No refund. (Necessary to cover seat allocation, instructor preparation, and material costs.)
2. Operator-Initiated Cancellation
If the session is cancelled due to controllable reasons (instructor unavailability, venue issue, equipment failure, insufficient registration, etc.):
- Students may choose a full refund OR free attendance at the next session (valid for 12 months).
- Students will be notified by email within 1 business day after confirmation.
3. Force Majeure
For force majeure events (typhoon, earthquake, infectious-disease control orders, instructor emergencies, etc.):
- In-person classes will switch to live-online format; if online is also infeasible, the session will be rescheduled.
- Students may also choose a full refund.
4. How to Apply for a Refund
- Email support@404table.com with the subject "Refund Request — Your Registered Email".
- Include your order ID (shown on the payment-complete page), registration date, and reason for refund.
- Customer support will respond with approval or denial within 5 business days.
- If approved, the refund will be initiated via PAYUNi within 1 business day; the funds typically appear in your account within 7–14 business days, depending on your card issuer.
- Refunds are issued only via the original payment method. We do not transfer cash, redirect to other accounts, or convert refunds into course credits.
5. Exceptions
- If a student is removed from class for violating Section 3 of the Terms of Service, no refund will be issued.
- For registrations involving identity fraud or stolen credit cards, the Service reserves the right to immediately cancel the order, refund the original cardholder in full, and report to law enforcement if necessary.
