This Privacy Policy describes how 404 TABLE (the "Service") collects, uses, and protects your personal data. The Service is operated by a sole proprietor and provides AI-empowered in-person and live-online training workshops.

1. Data Collected

• Registration data: name, email address, company, job title, industry, selected session.
• Payment data: order ID, amount, transaction time. Credit card information is processed securely by PAYUNi; the Service never stores card numbers or CVVs.
• System data: visit time, IP, browser and device information, referrer URL, advertising campaign parameters (UTM) — used for performance analysis and security audits.

2. Data Usage

• Scheduling sessions, sending class notifications, delivering course materials, and follow-up communications.
• Processing payments, issuing receipts, responding to customer support inquiries, and handling refunds.
• Analyzing advertising and marketing performance, improving website and course quality.

3. Data Sharing

The Service does not sell or rent user personal data to third parties. Necessary data is shared only in the following circumstances:

• Payment processing: PAYUNi (payment gateway), Recur (order management).
• Lead collection: Google (Sheets / Apps Script, registration lead storage).
• Analytics: Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel (website behavior and ad conversion tracking).
• Infrastructure: Zeabur (web hosting), Cloudflare (DNS, email routing).
• Legal compliance: When required by Republic of China (Taiwan) law or formal regulatory request.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

You may request deletion of your registration and contact data at any time by emailing support@404table.com. Requests are acknowledged within 7 business days and identifiable data is destroyed within 30 days of acknowledgment.

Payment and refund records (including PAYUNi order IDs and refund details) are retained for at least 5 years in anonymized form to comply with tax and payment-audit requirements.

You may at any time request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or opt out of further marketing or course notifications. Please email support@404table.com.

6. Cookies and Tracking

The Service uses the following technologies to maintain core functionality and analyze usage:
