Welcome to 404 TABLE. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before registering or making a payment. Completing payment or submitting the registration form constitutes acceptance of the following terms.

1. Service Description

404 TABLE is a sole-proprietor AI training service offering one-hour in-person or live-online workshops. The content, instructor, time, and location of each session are as posted on the official Service.

2. Registration and Responsibility

• You must provide a true and valid email address, name, and contact information to receive session scheduling and notifications.
• Registration is for personal use only and may not be resold. To change the attendee, please notify us at least 24 hours before the session.
• Minors under 18 must register with the consent of their legal guardian.

3. Classroom Rules

To preserve class quality and other students' rights, the following actions are prohibited:

• Recording, video-taping, live-streaming, or reproducing class content without the instructor's consent.
• Distributing, selling, or re-licensing class slides, materials, templates, or files.
• Promoting unrelated advertising, religious, political, or commercial content during class.
• Disruptive, harassing, or inappropriate behavior that affects other students.

Violation may result in removal from the class without refund, and the Service reserves the right to pursue legal action.

4. Intellectual Property

Course content, slides, presentations, templates, video recordings, trademarks, and website interfaces are the copyrighted property of the operator. Students are licensed for personal study only and may not redistribute, commercialize, or sublicense them.

Personal work produced by students during class belongs to the students. The Service may use anonymized examples for teaching purposes only with the student's prior verbal or written consent.

6. Disclaimer

This Service is provided "as is". Outcomes from AI tool application vary by individual technical background, industry context, and execution. The Service makes no guarantee of specific job advancement, income increase, or career outcome. Students bear sole responsibility for the consequences of operating AI tools outside the classroom based on what they learn.

7. Service Changes and Termination

The Service reserves the right to modify or cancel individual sessions after reasonable notice. Sessions cancelled due to force majeure (typhoon, earthquake, government order, instructor emergency, etc.) will be rescheduled or fully refunded per the Refund Policy.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Disputes shall be heard at the Taichung District Court as the court of first instance.
